Works great and definitely matches a persons skin tones. What I have found is that at first it goes on perfect to skin tone and then gets a little darker and is even more of a perfect color. I would say it’s buildable. If you are wanting more of a moisturizer look where it just gives you a little color one layer is perfect. If u want a more full coverage look apply, let dry and add another layer.
